The Role
In this pioneering role, you’ll be our first Client Success Manager, a vital team member who will help shape and grow this department into 2025 and beyond. Reporting directly to the Head of Projects, you will work closely with our Projects team to elevate the client experience, ensuring smooth product launches and successful post-launch retainers.
As the owner of the retained client portfolio, you will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships, ensuring that our clients continue to thrive with Yellow Panther’s digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience: Build and nurture strong relationships with our client base, helping them maximise the value of Yellow Panther’s products.
Client Advocacy: Represent the client’s voice within Yellow Panther, ensuring that their needs and strategic objectives are communicated clearly.
Reporting and Platforms: Produce monthly reports highlighting SLA metrics and deliverables. Provide insightful feedback to the internal team regarding the performance of retainer work.
Client Forecasting and Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Projects to forecast work, develop client development plans, and document key client drivers.
Meetings and Client Calls: Lead client calls, presentations, and join project management sessions to stay on top of client expectations.
Who You Are
If you have 4+ years’ experience in a client-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients succeed, this could be the perfect role for you! Here’s what we’re looking for:
Experience: You’ve worked with medium to large-sized businesses, ideally in an agency or sports context, and have experience with project management tools such as Asana.
Skills: You’re a detail-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of pushing back when necessary and thriving within diverse teams.
Passion: A love for sports is a bonus, but most importantly, you’re driven by helping businesses grow through impactful digital solutions.
Flexibility: You’re comfortable with a hybrid working model, spending at least two days a week at our Leamington Spa office.
