Discover, Define, Design and Develop.

Each step is crucial and this article will walk through the first step, Discover.

The discovery stage commences even before the contract is signed as Yellow Panther research and prep to pitch to businesses uniquely every time, with bespoke prototypes to show you where your product could go and how it could look. 

Research is key and we've found that your competitors and rival brands are a good place to start. It helps us see how they are displaying their product or service, giving us insight into the do’s and don'ts for your specific industry.

This stage is all about communication, so while we look into your user data and analytics behind the scenes, we have one or more discovery sessions with you to get into the specifics of your dream product. We’ll ask questions such as; 

• What visual style and branding elements do you have in mind for your app or website? (Do you have a brand book we can use for this project)

• Are there any specific features or functionalities that you consider essential?

• Who is your target audience? Can you provide details about their demographics, preferences, and behaviour?

We walk through a discovery deck holding these questions and after the meeting, we'll send this back to you to fill out in your own time to make sure nothing is missed.

This gives us a basis to work off of and we can start mapping out the design, function and user experience elements that go into each unique product we build. 

Once this is completed we move into the second phase Define.
