All of us at Yellow Panther are proud to announce we have been selected to redesign the International Skating Union’s (ISU), the governing body for ice skating sports, new digital ecosystem. We will design, develop, and launch a state-of-the-art website, digital asset management system, and data dashboard in time for the ISU’s 2024 season. The project will gather pace during a second phase to enhance the mobile application and other digital experiences, all of this with the fan at the centre.
This new collaboration between us, here at Yellow Panther and ISU marks a significant step towards improving the skating experience for fans, but also for the entire skating community and stakeholders alike. We were a part of a stringent request for proposal (RFP) process through which the team showcased a strategic approach, full UI concept designs for all proposed platforms and created a new prototype app for the ISU team to use during the pitch process.
Stuart Cope, our Co-Founder, says "We couldn't be prouder and more excited to work with the talented team at the ISU, our aim is simple, to build digital platforms that are beautifully designed and simple to navigate for skating fans and stakeholders. We're also going to be sprinkling some of our Yellow Panther playfulness that we're renowned for, we can't wait to start, so watch this space!".
Selina Vanier (Communications and Media Director) at ISU states "We organized various workshops with different users within the skating community including fans, journalists, partners, athletes, officials and Office Holders and the need for a new digital ecosystem stemmed from that initial input. Yellow Panther stood out during the RFP process with their innovative ideas, flexible and forward-thinking approach, and we are very excited to embark on this new digital journey with them.”
